DELIVERY
- Delivery offered via door to door courier by Take 2 Online.
- All orders will be processed after payment has cleared.
- Please allow 1-2 days for your Order to be Processed.
- All Jewelry delivery is from our INTERNATIONAL warehouse. Delivery will take approx. 10-18 working days (Weekends & Public Holidays excluded).
- All Clothing delivery is from our INTERNATIONAL warehouse. Delivery will take approx. 10-17 working days (Weekends & Public Holidays excluded).
- All Skin Care delivery is from our warehouse. Delivery will take approx. 5-7 working days (Weekends & Public Holidays excluded).
- PEAK SEASON: Please be willing to wait the maximum delivery time of 18 working days.
- Delivery time does not include processing time.
- Please take note on rare occasions custom clearance or warehouse delays might cause a slight delay.
- In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock. We will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or ask for a credit/refund.
- Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your parcel gets lost or doesn't get delivered within 20 working days, a refund can be requested. Unfortunately shipping cost CAN NOT be refunded.
- Take 2 Online takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return - customers can opt for a refund less delivery fee, or to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery.
- Deliveries go out Monday - Friday, not including public holidays.
- Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
- In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery.
